CENTRAL OHIO ORGANIZATIONS PARTNER FOR BIKE TO WORK DAY
MAY 5, 2014

MORPC will partner with car2go Columbus and Columbus Public Health to lead a route for Bike to Work Day on Friday, May 16. Rain or shine, downtown commuters are invited to participate in a group ride culminating in a celebration of alternative transportation at Columbus Commons hosted by the City of Columbus.

Participants will have the option to ride with a group along one of seven pre-determined routes. Mayor Michael B. Coleman will ride with the group that has the most committed riders. Register online to select a route and show your support for alternative transportation.

MORPC is leading the South Route along with car2go Columbus and Columbus Public Health. The route begins at Schiller Park at the CoGo Bike Share station near Stewart Avenue at 7:15AM. Click here to view a map of the route.

Other route leaders include Yay Bikes!, CoGo Bike Share, Friends of Camp Chase Trail, Consider Biking, Transit Columbus and the Create Columbus Commission.
