Last Chance to Register for 2017 State of the Region Luncheon

March 28, 2017

Over 700 Central Ohio leaders have registered for the 2017 State of the Region Luncheon and only a limited number of individual and table tickets are available. We hope to see you along with the region's top government, business, and community leaders at this year's signature luncheon. The event will take place on Thursday, April 20 at the Columbus Convention Center.

This year’s theme is Innovations that Connect Us and will feature Anne Schwieger as the keynote speaker.  Schwieger works for the City of Boston Department of Innovation & Technology as Broadband and Digital Equity Advocate. In this role she supports the city in advancing access to affordable broadband connectivity, up-to-date digital tools, and enhancing digital skills that residents need to engage in the educational, economic, and civic pursuits critical to a future of equity, innovation, and opportunity for themselves, their families, and communities.

The State of the Region will showcase upcoming plans for Central Ohio and highlight community accomplishments. . The Regional Leadership Award, the William C. Habig Collaborative Achievement Award, and the William H. Anderson Excellence in Public Service Award, will be presented at the luncheon.
