Bicycle & Pedestrian Planning
MORPC, as the metropolitan planning organization for the central Ohio area, develops transportation plans for bicycle and pedestrian facilities. (The MORPC planning area includes Delaware and Franklin counties, Bloom and Violet townships in Fairfield County, and Etna township and Pataskala in Licking County.)
