RideSolutions' Guaranteed Ride Home (GRH) Program

• The GRH Program gives commuters reassurance that they will not be stranded at work in the case of an emergency or unexpected overtime

• A free service to anyone who carpools, vanpools, rides public transportation, bikes, or walks to and from work

• Commuters must register with RideSolutions prior to needing the service

Commuters Receive
• Reimbursement of 90% of cab fare, including a 15% tip
• Use up to 4 times per year

How to Use the GRH Program:
• Be sure to register for the GRH Program today
• When you register, RideSolutions will send you an information packet that will include reimbursement vouchers and complete program guidelines.
• If you find yourself in need of an emergency ride home, simply call the taxi service provider most convenient for you
• Remember to request a receipt from the taxi driver and mail the original receipt in with your signed GRH voucher
• It takes approximately 3 weeks for RideSolutions to process your reimbursement request
