Through competitive grants, PRO Housing will provide $85 million in funding for communities across the country to identify and remove barriers to affordable housing production and preservation. Applicants may request up to $10 million in funds for activities that further develop, evaluate, and implement housing policy plans, improve housing strategies, and facilitate affordable housing production and preservation.
In fulfillment of the requirements of the NOFO, MORPC will accept online comments and hold an open house on the draft proposal.
