MORPC is pleased to hold a special pre-commission meeting lunch with board members to share next steps to advance the RAPID 5 vision. Using the bold ideas produced by five extraordinary teams in the RAPID 5 project, a new non-profit is being created in partnership with ULI Columbus and MORPC to help implement the visions and guide outreach and events.
The five talented local design and planning firms that accepted this challenge are: AECOM, EDGE, MKSK, NBBJ and REALM. They each took on one of the five major waterways in Franklin County: the Big Darby Creek, Scioto River, Olentangy River, Alum Creek and Big Walnut Creek.
MORPC and the Columbus District Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI Columbus) thank all the sponsors that contributed to this incredible program.
