Open House Slated for Wednesday, Oct. 18, from 5:30-7 p.m.
The Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC) has available for review and public comment a draft proposal to the HUD Pathways to Removing Obstacles to Housing (PRO Housing) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO).
What:
Through competitive grants, PRO Housing will provide $85 million in funding for communities across the country to identify and remove barriers to affordable housing production and preservation. Applicants may request up to $10 million in funds for activities that further develop, evaluate, and implement housing policy plans, improve housing strategies, and facilitate affordable housing production and preservation.
In fulfillment of the requirements of the NOFO, MORPC will accept online comments and hold an open house on the draft proposal. Online comments must be submitted via webform on MORPC’s website.

Public Open House: Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2023, from 5:30-7 p.m.

MORPC staff will be on hand to discuss the proposal, answer questions, and accept written comments during the virtual open house.

The public can preview the PRO Housing draft proposal online.
