About $4 million is available to District 3 for Fiscal Year 2026. Preliminary Screeners are encouraged and are due on June 2, 2025.

OPWC Clean Ohio Application (Applicants are required to submit applications via OPWC WorksWise portal. To access the portal, you must sign up for a username and password. Visit https://pwc.ohio.gov/WorksWise-Training for details on how to request access, as well as training videos on how to use the system. Paper applications can still be used, but the applications must still be put into the WorksWise portal to be eligible for scoring).
